The famous British cannabis smuggler Howard Marks has opened a new bar in the Brewery Wharf area of Leeds.
Called ‘Azucar’ the place is adorned with Marks’ travel memorabilia.
The bar specializes in tequilas but unfortunately will not be selling weed.
